A golf course in Grenoble, capital of the Alps, must inevitably resemble a mountain course. In fact, the image is far removed from the geographical and golfing reality. As proof, the Grenoble-Charmeil course, a stone's throw from the mountain, designed in the plain of the Isère valley. Flat, hilly, wooded, dotted with ponds fed by a natural lake in its center.
