The Metz golf course, designed by the architect R. Berthet, was created in 1990 on former agricultural land. At the origin of the project, the Mayor of Metz, Mr. RAUSCH, after having made a trip to the United States where it is not uncommon to find a golf course in the middle of an economic activity zone, had the idea of creating an urban golf course.
