The Metz golf course, designed by architect R. Berthet, was created in 1990 on former farmland. At the origin of the project, the Mayor of Metz, M.RAUSCH, after having made a trip to the United States where it is not uncommon to find a golf course in the middle of an area of economic activity, had the idea of creating an urban golf course.
