Situated within the luxurious Penha Longa Hotel & Golf Resort, Penha Longa Atlantico Golf Course offers incredible views of the protected Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Quinta da Penha Longa is an important historical site, as the first monastery of the Order of Saint Jerome was built here in 1355. Over the last 600 years, many buildings have been constructed in Penha Longa, such as the palace, the church and other sites that can be seen on both golf courses.
